I'm a certified dog trainer from Animal Behavior College with 15 years of experience in dog training in Mesa. It's been about training one pooch at a time, as each dog is an individual. I've learned from every pooch that I've trained. Whether you're a new dog owner or someone struggling to communicate and relate with your pooch, I will help you build a trusting relationship and teach you to communicate with your dog the positive way. God has given me this gift to assist you and your pooch, and it won't cost you thousands. It's all about having fun and sharing a wonderful life together.
I train you! It's your pooch, so I will provide you with the knowledge to have a great dog. I offer a unique and specialized three-session dog training program in Mesa, spread out over three weeks. Yes, just three sessions, and it's both indoor and outdoor training. I use the Clicker/Reward method with positive reinforcement to train any dog, whether a puppy or an older pooch, rescue or adopted, at any age. It's not a one-size-fits-all program; I'll figure out what your dog needs and tailor the program to your dog's specific needs. No shock collars, e-collars, or chokes will be used!
The first session involves Pack Theory, trust exercises (a dog that doesn't trust you won't listen to you), focus, two forms of 'Come,' and nipping/patience exercises.
The second session will include focus with distractions, stay, door greetings, outdoor come, leave it, and will conclude with a short walk.
In the third session, we will take everything we've learned inside and practice it outdoors, so you have control over your pooch both inside and outside your home. We finish with a walk to ensure your walks continue to go smoothly.
